The Pioneers New Outlook Region will soon be reorganized in 2021 from seven chapters down to two or three chapters. The new chapters will be New Outlook East Chapter #191 and New Outlook West Chapters #190. It hasn’t been decided how many councils there will be or clubs under the reorganization. The final date of the reorganization hasn’t been established in 2021. It is moving forward as fast as it can.New Outlook Pioneers are located across the United States. Below is a list of our Chapters and a map of the regions chapters where we live, work and operate. Our chapters in the region and has councils and clubs in each chapter connected to the region.
